I've been paying close attention to the campaign for State Senate, and it is clear to me that Corey Parent is the best choice to represent Franklin County and Alburgh today, tomorrow and well into the future. One of the most significant issues facing the State of Vermont and our region is keeping young families here. What better way to address that issue than having an experienced legislator and young family person represent us in Montpelier. Corey has built a record fighting for an affordable Vermont, growing our economy and addressing our opiate epidemic in the House. Now - our whole county has the opportunity to put his experience and work ethic to work for all of us.

He'd be one of the few members of the Senate who works in the private sector, and he'd be one of the few members of the Senate raising a family. The State Senate needs more diversity of age, life experiences, and point of view. Corey would bring that to the Senate and fight for our county.
